Frequently asked questions
What is Foundation Membership and why does it matter?
Foundation Members are the first agencies on board with accre. The pricing on this page is our introductory Foundation Member rate — available only while Foundation places remain. Once we close Foundation Membership, standard pricing applies in full. Foundation Members keep 25% off whatever the standard rate becomes, for life.
Does the Foundation Member price stay the same forever?
Foundation Members keep 25% off the standard rate for as long as their subscription remains continuous — whatever the standard rate is. If standard pricing changes, Foundation Members always pay 25% less than everyone else. Standard rates change at most once a year and never mid-subscription. If a subscription lapses, rejoining is at the standard rate.
What does the per-office price include?
Everything an office needs to stay compliant — for every agent in your office (OIEC / Licensee in Charge included): an office-wide compliance dashboard, course assignment, audit-ready reporting, automated licence renewal tracking, and a centralised certificate vault. No setup fees, no per-feature add-ons, and no per-agent charges inside your band.
How does billing work?
accre is billed annually in Australian Dollars. Pricing is banded by office size: Up to 5 agents — standard $1,999/yr; 6–12 agents — $2,999/yr; 13–25 agents — $3,999/yr; 25+ agents — network pricing. Foundation Members pay half the standard rate in Year 1, then 25% off for life. There are no per-agent charges.
What happens if my office grows?
Add the new agent immediately at no extra cost — there are no per-agent charges. Your band is based on your office size at renewal. If you have grown into a larger band, your renewal simply reflects your new size. We never true-up mid-year.
Who counts as an agent?
Anyone at your office who holds a licence or certificate of registration and has CPD obligations — the OIEC / Licensee in Charge, salespeople and property managers. If they have a CPD requirement, they should be on accre.
I have multiple offices under one brand. How does that work?
Networks and multi-office brands get tailored pricing and a dedicated rollout — get in touch via the network enquiry form and we will come back with a proposal that fits your structure.
Do you support every Australian state?
Yes. accre supports all eight Australian jurisdictions — NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, NT and ACT. CPD hour requirements, mandatory units, terminology and renewal logic are calculated dynamically based on each office’s jurisdiction.
How is accre different from a generic LMS?
accre is purpose-built for Australian real estate compliance — not a generic learning platform. Jurisdiction-aware CPD rules, OIEC / Licensee in Charge oversight, audit-ready PDF reports with embedded certificates, automated licence renewal tracking, and discounted CPD through approved training partners.
Is my data secure?
Yes. accre is built on enterprise-grade infrastructure with row-level security, role-based access control, encryption in transit and at rest, and a full audit trail. Each brand’s data is fully isolated.
Can I book a demo before signing up?
Absolutely. Book a 20-minute demo and we will walk you through compliance dashboards, course booking, OIEC / Licensee in Charge oversight and audit-ready reporting using your jurisdiction’s rules.
