# accre > accre is an Australian real estate CPD compliance platform for agents, offices and brands, built around each state's CPD rules. In Tasmania it is a CPD provider: Board-approved online CPD units on demand plus points tracking. In Victoria it is a compliance-tracking layer only (it does not provide Victorian CPD). Other states have a waitlist. Tasmanian agents complete their annual CPD online in their own time, without seminars or scheduled webinars, on their own (solo) or through their office. ## Who accre is for - [Any Tasmanian agent, solo](https://accre.com.au/join/solo): do your annual CPD with accre on demand — no office account needed. - [Victorian agents](https://accre.com.au/join/vic): free CPD tracker that stores certificates for CPD done with any approved provider. - [Offices and Licensees in Charge (OIECs)](https://accre.com.au/pricing): office-wide compliance dashboard for every agent. - [Brands and head offices](https://accre.com.au/pricing): brand-wide dashboard across every office, each measured against its own state's rules (brands can mix Tasmanian and Victorian offices). ## Market availability - **Tasmania:** live CPD delivery — 12+ Board-approved CPD points across 11 published units — plus tracking. - **Victoria:** CPD compliance tracking and a free CPD tracker for agents (no CPD content). - **NSW, QLD, WA, SA, NT and ACT:** regulatory-reference pages and a waitlist. accre does not sell or claim CPD delivery there. ## Tasmania pricing - **$195 incl. GST per agent per year**, covering up to 10 Board-approved CPD units (same price solo or through an office). - Solo agents sign up and pay online at https://accre.com.au/join/solo. If they later join an office on accre, their CPD history moves with them. - Offices with **5 or more agents get 15% off** every seat ($165.75 per agent); the discount stays while the office has more than 4 agents. ## Victoria (CPD tracking only) - accre **tracks and records** Victorian CPD; it is not an RTO or approved Victorian CPD provider. - Regulations commence 25 November 2026; a minimum of **5 total CPD activities**, including **2 BLA-approved Mandatory activities**, per CPD year (1 April – 31 March) applies from 1 April 2027. accre counts each completed activity once; official topic names are not listed here. - **Free agent account:** CPD tracker that stores certificates — https://accre.com.au/join/vic (no access to Tasmanian CPD units). - **Office:** $79 per agent per year incl. GST, $395 minimum per office. Founding offer: $49 per agent incl. GST ($245 minimum per office) for initial coverage through 31 March 2028 for offices signing by 31 January 2027 (Melbourne time). Standard renewal is $79 per seat ($395 minimum) every 1 April from 2028. - **Brands/networks:** contact for network pricing — https://accre.com.au/network-enquiry ## How billing works - Annual plans, paid by card at sign-up and renewed automatically each year. There is no unpaid trial or payment window. - Extra agents added to an office are charged for a full year when added. - Head-office users do not take a paid seat unless they are also the OIEC of an office. ## Records and evidence - In-app CPD units issue certificates automatically. - Agents can upload outside CPD with a certificate. For office agents it shows as "Self reported" until their OIEC or manager verifies it; for agents with no office it counts straight away and stays marked self reported. - Audit-ready PDF reports for agents, offices and brands. ## Verified Tasmania position The Property Agents Board of Tasmania sets CPD in points against each individual licence condition, due 30 April. A common condition is 8 points, including at least 6 industry-specific points and at least 2 delivered by an external provider. The exact condition printed on the licence controls. ## Key pages - [Home](https://accre.com.au/): choose Tasmania or Victoria. - [Tasmania CPD](https://accre.com.au/real-estate-cpd/tas): Board rules, points and 30 April deadline. - [Tasmania agent CPD guide](https://accre.com.au/blog/real-estate-agent-cpd-tasmania-guide): points, licence conditions and the 30 April deadline. - [Victoria CPD tracking](https://accre.com.au/real-estate-cpd/vic): five total activities including two BLA-approved Mandatory activities, office tracking and a free CPD tracker for agents. - [Pricing](https://accre.com.au/pricing): Tasmania and Victoria pricing. - [Join as a Tasmanian solo agent](https://accre.com.au/join/solo): sign up and pay online, $195/yr. - [State regulatory references](https://accre.com.au/real-estate-cpd) - [Tracking and proof](https://accre.com.au/real-estate-cpd-tracking) - [Blog](https://accre.com.au/blog) - Full reference: https://accre.com.au/llms-full.txt Company: Eight Planning Pty Ltd as trustee for the Eight Planning Trust, trading as Accre CPD.
